What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard and more).

I received an error message when I checked out. What should I do? / What does "Invalid transaction error" or "Something wrong with your credit card, please call card center for help: Transaction Not Allowed" mean?

if an error message occurs, this may be because:
•The debit card cannot be used for this type of payment
•Your bank has rejected the transaction due to suspicions of fraud
•The card is not activated for international transactions
Please use another card to resolve the problem. If the issue still persists, kindly contact your bank for assistance.

I did not receive an order confirmation but the funds were deducted from my account?

We recommend you check your SPAM or TRASH folders to be sure the email is not hidden. If you are unable to locate the confirmation, most often this occurs when the email address was entered incorrectly during check out, or perhaps an alternate address was used in error?

What shipping methods do you use?

All orders placed before 3 pm PST will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 3 pm PST will ship on the next business day. Any orders placed after 3 pm PST on a Friday will ship out the following Monday.

We ship all orders from Los Angeles, California. Domestic orders ship with USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days). At this time, we only ship within the United States of America.

Please note that you will first receive an email with your order and then a separate email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

Return or exchanges must be made within 21 days of the original purchase shipping date, product(s) must be unused and in original product packaging.

Email customer service at hello@MYbodybands.com with your order number and reason stating why you need to return or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

When I proceed to checkout, it says “A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.” What should I do?

Please make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there are no spelling mistakes. Please also avoid short forms of City, and do not include the State information within the City input box. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

All new orders are automatically processed to our fulfillment center as soon as they are submitted. Because of how quickly this happens, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. The package will ship to the address provided when submitted. Please feel free to email HELLO@MYBODYBANDS.com to possibly see if we can make any changes.

** Please note that additional shipping charges will be applied to reship the order to a corrected address.

Promotion and Discounts

You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! AWESOME! After your order is fulfilled, you will then receive a tracking number from us.

I did not receive my order. What can I do?

Does body bands accept bulk purchases?

As a Personal Trainer, I created these bands to be used for Physical Therapy and Strength Training.

With different levels of resistance, you can easily and effectively gauge your progress and work your way to better strength and overall health while targeting each specific muscle group.

These bands are the perfect accessory to take wherever you go to get a full body workout.
